يجوز لمجلس النقابة حرمان العضو من كل أو بعض ما تقرر له من معاش أو إعانة إذا حكم عليه تأديبيا أو قضائيا لأمور ماسة بالشرف و يجب أن يصدر القرار فى هذه الحالة بأغلبية ثلثى أعضاء مجلس النقابة .
