لمجلس النقابة أن يعيد النظر فى كل وقت فى المعاشات والإعانات السابق تقريرها وفقا لما تقتضيه حالة الصندوق أو حالة الشخص المنتفع بالمعاش أو الإعانة وذلك طبقا للقواعد التى يتضمنها النظام الداخلى .
