تكون العقوبات التأديبية كما يلى :
( ١ ) لفت النظر .
(ب) الإنذار .
(ج) الإيقاف عن العمل لمدة لا تجاوز سنة .
( د ) إسقاط العضوية من النقابة وفى هذه الحالة لا يكون للعضو الحق فى مزاولة المهنة إلا بعد إعادة قيده بالنقابة وسداد رسم القيد .
