تعفى نقابة المهندسين والنقابات الفرعية من جميع الضرائب والرسوم التى تفرضها الحكومة أو أية سلطة عامة مهما كان نوعها أو تسميتها .
وتعفى أموال النقابة والنقابات الفرعية الثابتة منها أو المنقولة وجميع أموال صندوق المعاشات والإعانات والإيرادات الاستثمارية من جميع الضرائب والرسوم التى تفرضها الحكومة أو أية سلطة عامة أيا كان نوعها أو تسميتها .
