تودع أموال النقابة فى حساب خاص بأحد المصارف العامة الذى يختاره مجلس النقابة و يقرر ذلك المجلس فى أول جلسة له كما يحدد المجلس فى هذه الجلسة من لهم من أعضائه حق التوقيع واعتماد الصرف من هذا الحساب .
ويحدد النظام الداخلى القواعد المتعلقة بالسلفة المستديمة والمؤقتة المخصصة للصرف منها فى الحالات الطارئة والمستعجلة .
