يؤدى عضو النقابة خلال ثلاثين يوما على الأكثر من تاريخ قيده أمام لجنة من ثلاثة أعضاء ينتخبهم مجلس النقابة من بين أعضائه اليمين الآتية :
" أقسم بالله العظيم أن أؤدى أعمال مهنتى بالأمانة والشرف وأن أحافظ على سر المهنة وكرامتها وأن أحترم قوانينها وتقاليدها " .
