تبدأ السنة المالية للنقابة فى أول يناير وتنتهى فى آخر ديسمبر من كل عام ومع ذلك فلا تنتهى السنة المالية التالية للعمل بهذا القانون إلا فى ٣١ من ديسمبر سنة ١٩٧٥ . ويستمر العمل بموازنة السنة المالية المنتهية لحين إقرار الجمعية العمومية لميزانية السنة المالية التالية .
