تسرى على النقابة الفرعية وعلى شعب النقابة أحكام المواد ١٦ ، ١٧ ، ١٨ على أن يكون العدد ( ٥٠ ) عضوا على الأقل والفقرة الثانية من المادة ( ١٩ ) والمادة ( ٢٠ ) على أن يكون العدد ( ٥٠ ) عضوا على الأقل والمادتين ( ٢١ ، ٢٧ ) من هذا القانون بالنسبة لرئيس وأعضاء مجلس كل من النقابة الفرعية أو الشعب .
