يختص مجلس كل شعبة بما يلى :
( ١ ) تحقيق أهداف وأغراض النقابة فى نطاق الشعبة .
( ٢ ) النظر فى شئون المهنة ورفع مستواها .
( ٣ ) تسجيل الأعضاء فى سجلاتها بعد قيدهم فى النقابة .
( ٤ ) انتخاب ممثلى الشعبة فى مجلس النقابة .
و يحدد النظام الداخلى القواعد المنظمة لاجتماعات مجلس الشعبة وكيفية إصداره لقراراته .
