ينتخب مجلس الشعبة من بين أعضائه كل أربع سنوات رئيسا للشعبة ووكيلا وأمينا لها كما ينتخب مندوبى الشعبة بمجلس النقابة طبقا للشروط والأوضاع التى يبينها النظام الداخلى .
