يدير كل شعبة مجلس ينتخبه أعضاؤها من عدد لا يقل عن سبعة ولا يجاوز خمسة عشر عضوا تبعا لعدد المقيدين فى كل شعبة و يبين النظام الداخلى عدد أعضاء مجلس كل شعبة وطريقة وشروط وإجراءات انتخابهم .
