إذا زالت عضوية أحد أعضاء المجلس أو خلا مكانه يحل بدلا منه من يليه فى عدد الأصوات فى آخر انتخابات من بين المرشحين
معه فى نفس شعبته ، ويسرى هذا الحكم بالنسبة للأعضاء المكملين ، فإن لم يوجد أحد منهم فتح باب الترشيح لإجراء الانتخابات خلال الستين يوما التالية لخلو المركز .
وفى جميع الأحوال تكون مدة العضو الجديد فى المجلس هى المدة المتبقية من مدة سلفه .
