إذا خلا مكان النقيب حل محله الوكيل الأكبر سنا إلى أن تنتخب الجمعية العمومية خلفا له لباقى مدته فى أول اجتماع تال .
فإذا خلا مكان الوكيل انتخب مجلس النقابة من بين أعضائه خلفا له لباقى مدته فى أول اجتماع تال .
