لكل عضو من أعضاء النقابة حق تقديم أى اقتراح إلى الجمعية العمومية بشرط أن يصل الاقتراح عن طريق مجلس النقابة قبل انعقاد الجمعية العمومية بأسبوعين على الأقل .
