ترسل لكل من الأعضاء دعوة خاصة لحضور الجمعية العمومية العادية قبل انعقادها بخمسة عشر يوما على الأقل يبين فيها ميعاد الاجتماع ومكانه وجدول أعمالها طبقا للأوضاع والإجراءات التى يحددها النظام الداخلى وذلك بنشرها قبل انعقاده بسبعة أيام فى صحيفتين يوميتين يختارهما مجلس النقابة .
