يستمر النقيب وأعضاء مجلس النقابة الحالى فى ممارسة اختصاصاته بصفة مؤقتة حتى يتم انتخاب مجلس لنقابة الجديد طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون فى شهر مارس سنة ١٩٧٥ ويتولى مجلس النقابة المؤقت ممارسة الاختصاصات المقررة لمجلس النقابة ومجالس الشعب ومجالس النقابات الفرعية المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون وذلك حتى يتم انتخاب المجالس الجديدة طبقا لأحكامه فى الميعاد المذكور .
