تؤول أموال نقابة المهن الهندسية المنشأة بالقانون رقم ٨٩ لسنة ١٩٤٦ إلى نقابة المهندسين المنشأة تطبيقا لهذا القانون .
ويؤول إلى صندوق المعاشات والإعانات المشار إليه بالمادة ( ٧٥ ) وصيد صندوق المعاشات بنقابة المهن الهندسية فى تاريخ العمل لأحكام هذا القانون .
