تسرى رخص تسيير المركبات وقيادتها الصادرة قبل العمل بهذا القانون حتى نهاية مدتها ، والرخص التي تنتهى مدتها خلال تسعين يوما من بدء العمل به ، يجوز تجديدها خلال هذه المدة .
