Article 81 of the Traffic Law

مع عدم الإخلال بالتدابير المقررة فى هذا القانون ، وأية عقوبة أشد فى أى قانون آخر ،
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر ، وبغرامة لا تقل عن عشرين ألف جنيه
ولا تجاوز خمسين ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من قاد مركبة لنقل مواد أو سلع
أو أدوات أو أشياء من المحظور تداولها أو نقلها .
