مع عدم الإخلال بالتدابير المقررة فى هذا القانون ، أو أية عقوبة أشد فى أى قانون آخر ، يعاقب بذات العقوبة المقررة للفعل كل من سمح بقيادة مركبة لأى شخص غير مرخص له بالقيادة ، إذا نجم عن ذلك حدوث إصابة أو وفاة أو ضرر للغير .

أو لأى شخص غير مرخص له بالقيادة ، إذا نجم عن ذلك حدوث إصابة أو وفاة أو ضرر للغير .
