يعاقب بالحبس لمدة لا تزيد على ستة أشهر ، وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على
ألفى جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من قاد مركبة دون الحصول على رخصة تسيير .

على خمسمائة جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من قاد مركبة دون الحصول على رخصة
تسيير أو رخصة قيادة .
