تخصص نسبة (١٥٪) من الإيراد المحقق من بيع المركبات المهملة أو المتروكة
أو أنقاض المركبات ، وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون كحافز لصالح القائمين على هذه
الإجراءات ، يصدر بها قرار من وزير المالية بالتنسيق مع الوزير المختص بشئون
التنمية المحلية .
