تفرض على تراخيص تسيير المركبات وتراخيص القيادة الضرائب والرسوم المحددة بالجدول المرافق لهذا القانون ، وتؤدى مقدما وكاملة .
ومع ذلك يجوز أداؤها مقدما على أقساط لا تقل مدة كل قسط عن ثلاثة أشهر بالنسبة لرخص تسيير سيارات النقل والنقل المشترك والمقطورات غير الزراعية ، وسيارات نقل الركاب عدا المخصصة لنقل الطلبة .
وتسرى المدة المؤداة عنها الضريبة من تاريخ صرف اللوحات المعدنية بالنسبة للمركبات ، وبالنسبة لرخص القيادة من تاريخ صرفها .
