يجوز منح رخص ولوحات معدنية مؤقتة بعد أداء الضرائب والرسوم المقررة في هذا القانون وذلك في الحالات الواردة في المادة السابقة لمن ليس لهم حق الحصول على رخص تجارية . وعند مخالفة شروط منح الرخصة أو استعمال المركبة في غير الأغراض المذكورة ، تسحب اللوحات إداريا وتعتبر المركبة مسيرة بدون ترخيص .
