إذا تعدد ملاك المركبة وجب عليهم أن يعينوا من يكون مسئولا عن إدارتها ومن مراعاة أحكام هذا القانون ويؤشر بذلك في الرخصة ، ويكونون جميعا مسئولين بالتضامن عما عن الضرائب والرسوم التي تستحق على المركبة طبقا لهذا القانون .
