تتولى الرقابة الإدارية تنفيذ ما تكلفها به إدارة الكسب غير المشروع بناء على ما تقرره هيئات الفحص والتحقيق من بحث بيانات حالات الكسب غير المشروع ، ولها الاستعانة فى ذلك بمأمورى الضبط القضائى أو أية جهة مختصة ويكون مباشرتها هذا الاختصاص على النحو وبالإجراءات المنصوص عليها فى القانون رقم ٥٤ لسنة ١٩٦٤ بإعادة تنظيم الرقابة الإدارية .
