يجب على الجهات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية أن تقدم إلى إدارة الكسب غير المشروع خلال شهر يناير من كل عام بيانا بأسماء الأشخاص التابعين لها ، والذين يلتزمون خلال العام بتقديم إقرارات الذمة المالية والتاريخ المحدد لتقديمها وأن ترسل إليها هذه الإقرارات خلال مدة لا تجاوز شهرين من تاريخ تقديمها .
