تنشأ بوزارة العدل إدارة تسمى إدارة الكسب غير المشروع تشكل من مدير يختار من بين مستشارى محاكم الاستئناف ومن عدد كاف من الرؤساء بالمحاكم الإبتدائية يندبون طبقا لأحكام قانون السلطة القضائية .
وتختص هذه الإدارة بطلب البيانات والإيضاحات المتعلقة بالشكاوى ومعاونة الهيئات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٥ ) فى القيام بمهامها .
