مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة السابقة، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنتين وبغرامة لا تقل عن ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على خمسة آلاف جنيه أو باحدى هاتين العقوبتين ربان كل سفينة خاضعة لالتزام الإرشاد إذا دخل بالسفينة فى منطقة الإرشاد أو تحرك فيها أو خرج منها دون الاستعانة بخدمات المرشد.
