كل سفينة خاضعة لالتزام الإرشاد لا تستعين بخدمات المرشد تلتزم فضلا عن أداء الرسم المقرر - بغرامة إضافية قدرها 5000 جنيه (خمسة آلاف جنيه) إذا دخلت الميناء أو تحركت فيه.
