يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز شهرا أو بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة جنيه ولا تزيد على ثلاثمائة جنيه قائد السفينة أو الوحدة - التى ورد بيانها فى الفقرة الثانية من المادة (1) من هذا القانون - الذى لا يلتزم بالقواعد الخاصة بالملاحة فى مناطق الإرشاد بالميناء أو يقوم بالرسو على أحد الأرصفة غير المخصصة لذلك أو الرسو دون التصريح له من هيئة الميناء.
