تسري على الهيئة وشركاتها الأحكام المنصوص عليها في قانون هيئات وشركات القطاع العام الصادر بالقانون رقم ٩٧ لسنة ١٩٨٣ وذلك فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص خاص في هذا القانون ، كما تسري على الهيئة وشركاتها اللوائح والنظم المعمول بها حاليا إلى أن يتم وضع اللوائح المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون .
