إذا تم تعيين أى من العاملين المدنيين بالدولة أو القطاع العام أو قطاع الأعمال العام، عمدة أو شيخ قرية فيحق له الاحتفاظ بوظيفته طوال مدة شغله الوظيفة، ويعتبر متفرغا لعمله كعمدة أو شيخ، متمتعا بجميع مميزات وظيفته الأصلية ويتقاضى مرتبها والبدلات المقررة لها من جهة عمله الأصلية.

مدة شغله لوظيفة العمدة ، ويعتبر متفرغا لعمله كعمدة ومتمتعا بجميع مميزات وظيفته
الأصلية ، ويتقاضى مرتبها والبدلات المقررة لها من جهة عمله الأصلية .
