Article 21 of the Village Mayors and Sheikhs Law

لا يجوز أن يجمع العمدة أو الشيخ بين وظيفته وبين أى عمل آخر يؤديه
بالذات أو بالواسطة ، إذا كان من شأن ذلك الإضرار بأداء واجبات وظيفته أو كان هذا
العمل غير متفق مع مقتضياتها .
على أنه يجوز لوزير الداخلية أن يأذن للعمدة أو الشيخ بصفة مؤقتة فى عمل معين
بشرط ألا يتعارض هذا العمل مع واجبات وظيفته .
