تسرى أحكام المواد 82 و83 و95 و96 و97 و98 و98 (ه) من هذا القانون، على الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القسم.
ويراعى عند الحكم بالمصادرة عدم الاخلال بحقوق الغير حسنى النية.
وتخصص الأشياء المحكوم عليها قضائيا بمصادرتها للجهة التى قامت بالضبط، متى رأى الوزير المختص أنها لازمة لمباشرة نشاطها فى مكافحة الارهاب.
