يعاقب بالعقوبات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ٨٠ مكررة كل من أذاع عمدا أخبارا أو بيانات أو إشاعات كاذبة أو مغرضة أو عمد أثناء حالة الحرب الى دعاية مثيرة أو ما فى حكمها إذا كان من شأن ذلك كله إلحاق الضرر بالاستعدادات الحربية للدفاع عن البلاد أو إلقاء الرعب بين الناس أو إضعاف الجلد فى الأمة .
