From 30 May 1940 to 19 May 1957 · by Law 40/1940
يعاقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر الى خمس سنوات و بغرامة من ١٠٠ جنيه الى ٥٠٠ جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين كل من أذاع بأية طريقة كانت أسرار الدفاع عن البلاد او ما هو فى حكمها .
وتكون العقوبة السجن إذا الحقت الجريمة أذى بالاستعدادات الحربية للدفاع عن البلاد أو إذا كان الجانى موظفا عاما أو ذا صفة نيابية عامة أو موفدا فى مهمة أو عهدت اليه مهمة أو إذا ارتكبت الجريمة بعمل أو إذا ارتكبت الجريمة فى زمن حرب .
