يجازى بغرامة لا تتجاوز جنيها واحدا مصريا أو بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على أسبوع :
( أولا ) من تسبب عمدا فى إتلاف شىء من منقولات الغير .
( ثانيا ) من تسبب فى موت أو جرح بهائم أو دواب الغير بعدم تبصره أو إهماله أو عدم التفاته أو عدم مراعاته للوائح .
( ثالثا ) من رعى بغير حق مواشى أيا كانت أو تركها ترعى فى أرض بها محصول أو فى بستان .
