من وجدت عنده بلا سبب قانونى موازين أو مكاييل أو مقاييس مزورة أو غير ذلك من الآلات الغير المضبوطة المعدة للوزن أو الكيل أو القياس يجازى بغرامة لا تزيد على جنيه واحد مصرى أو بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز أسبوعا فضلا عن ضبط الموازين والمكاييل والمقاييس والآلات المذكورة ومصادرتها
