Article 373 of the Penal Code

كل من دخل أرضا زراعية أو فضاء أو مبانى أو بيتا مسكونا أو معدا للسكن أو فى أحد ملحقاته أو سفينة مسكونة أو فى محل معد لحفظ المال ولم يخرج منه بناء على تكليفه ممن لهم الحق فى ذلك يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ستة أشهر أو بغرامة لا تجاوز مائتى جنيه .
