Article 371 of the Penal Code

كل من وجد فى إحدى المحلات المنصوص عليها فى المادة ( ٣٧٠ ) من هذا القانون
مختفيا عن أعين من لهم الحق فى إخراجه ، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز سنة أو بالغرامة
التى لا تقل عن عشرة آلاف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه .

كل من وجد فى إحدى المحلات المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة مختفيا عن أعين من لهم الحق فى إخراجه يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز ثلاثة أشهر أو بغرامة لا تجاوز مائتى جنيه .
From 15 October 1937 to 23 April 1982
يعاقب بنفس هذه العقوبة كل من وجد فى إحدى المحلات المنصوص عليها فى المادة السابقة مختفيا عن أعين من لهم الحق فى إخراجه .
