كل من عطل المخابرات التلغرافية أو أتلف شيئا من آلاتها سواء باهماله أو عدم احتراسه بحيث ترتب على ذلك انقطاع المخابرات يعاقب بدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز خمسين جنيها مصريا . وفى حالة حصول ذلك بسوء قصد تكون العقوبة السجن مع عدم الاخلال فى كلتا الحالتين بالحكم بالتعويض.

كل من عطل المخابرات التلغرافية أو أتلف شيئا من آلاتها سواء بإهماله أو عدم احتراسه بحيث ترتب على ذلك انقطاع المخابرات يعاقب بدفع غرامة لا تتجاوز خمسين جنيها مصريا . وفي حالة حصول ذلك ثابت بسوء قصد تكون العقوبة الحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين مع عدم الإخلال في كلتا الحالتين بالحكم بالتعويض .
