كل من تسبب عمدا فى انقطاع المراسلات التلغرافية بقطعه الأسلاك الموصلة أو كسر شيئا من المدد أو عوازل الأسلاك أو القوائم الرافعة لها أو بأى كيفية كانت يعاقب بالسجن مع عدم الاخلال بإلزامه بالتعويض عن الخسارة.

كل من تسبب عمدا في انقطاع المراسلات التلغرافية بقطعه الأسلاك الموصلة من المدد أو كسرشيء من المدد أو عوازل الأسلاك أو القوائم الرافعة لها أو بأي كيفية كانت يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن سنتين مع عدم الإخلال بإلزامه بالتعويض عن الخسارة .
