من شرع في إعطاء رشوة ولم تقبل منه أو في الإكراه بالضرب والتهديد ونحوهما ولم يبلغ مقصده يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة أو بغرامة لا تتجاوز مائة جنيه مصري .
