يعاقب بالسجن المؤبد كل من استعمل أو شرع فى استعمال المفرقعات استعمالا من شأنه تعريض حياة الناس للخطر .
فاذا أحدث الانفجار موت شخص أو أكثر كان العقاب الاعدام .
