يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة والغرامة التى لا تقل عن عشرين ألف جنيه ولا تزيد على مائة ألف جنيه أو بإحدى هاتين العقوبتين ، كل من علم بوقوع جريمة حيازة مفرقعات ، ولم يسارع إلى إبلاغ السلطات المختصة .
