يكون لرئيس الرقابة الإدارية ونائبه ولسائر أعضاء الرقابة ولمن يندب للعمل عضوا بالرقابة سلطة الضبطية القضائية في جميع أنحاء الجمهورية العربية المتحدة [غير مقروء] في سبيل مباشرة اختصاصاتهم [غير مقروء] جميع السلطات التي تخولها صفة الضبطية القضائية المقررة لبعض الموظفين في دائرة اختصاصهم .
