يكون لرئيس الرقابة الإدارية سلطة الوزير المنصوص
عليها فى القوانين واللوائح بالنسبة إلى الموظفين الذين يشغلون وظائف
فنية متوسطة وكتابية ، ويجوز لرئيس الرقابة الإدارية تفويض بعض
سلطاته فى توقيع الجزاءات إلى نائبه وإلى أعضاء الرقابة الذين يشغلون
وظائف رئيسية .
