كل ترقية تعطى الحق فى علاوة من علاوات الدرجة
المرقى إليها للعضو أو بدايتها أو مربوطها الثابت أيهما أكبر .
وكذلك تعطى الحق فى المرتبات والبدلات المقررة للفئة المرقى إليها
للعضو وتستحق العلاوات والبدلات من تاريخ صدور قرار الترقية .
