يكون للموظف المندب جميع العلاوات والبدلات والمزايا
المقررة لأعضاء الرقابة طبقا لأحكام هذا القانون وذلك بشرط ألا يتجاوز
ما يتقاضاه الموظف المنتدب من وظيفته الأصلية ومن لوظيفة المنتدب
إليها مجموع ما يتقاضاه عضو الرقابة من المرتبات والعلاوات والمزايا
المقررة للوظيفة التى يدخل مرتب الموظف المنتدب فى مربوطها
